Having your prescriptions supplied in Dosettes or Dispill Blister
Packaging can also be arranged.

HEALTHGUARD COMPUTER SYSTEM
Our computer system
maintains our customer profiles - keeping track of your
prescriptions, your allergies, and your special needs. Drug
interactions are recognized and flagged, alerting us to any
potential problems.

Just call us. We'll be
happy to refill your prescription and deliver it right to your door.
DRUG PLAN ADMINISTRATION
Lovell Drugs honours all
major drug plans. If your plan requires personal payment up front,
we can set up a charge account in your name, so you need not wait
until you can afford to pay for your medication. With your signed
approval, we fill out the forms and submit them for you. Pay us when
the cheque comes in. Accounts can also be paid using telephone
banking, on-line computer payment or in person at your bank or local
Lovell Drugs store.
DRUG UTILIZATION REVIEW
With each new
prescription, we review your medication history, checking to make sure
your new medication does not interact with other medications you may
be taking. We personally counsel you to ensure that you know
what your medication is for, how it is to be taken, what side
effects to expect and how it is to be stored.
MEDICATION INFORMATION SHEETS
Along with your
prescription, we provide you with an information sheet that has been
specially prepared to give you specific information regarding the
drug you are required to take.
HEALTHGUARD NEWSLETTER
Prepared monthly and
available at all Lovell Drugs locations, our in-house Lovell Drugs
Healthguard Newsletter will keep you up-to-date on the latest health
issues and answers. The articles contained in our newsletter are
also available in the
Medical
Cabinet.
MONTHLY IN-STORE CLINIC DAYS
Special in-store clinic
days have been scheduled for each month of the year, as a free
service for our customers.

your particular health problem or disease? We'll be happy to loan
you an excellent video on the subject, free of charge, so you can
